This is one of the most convenient dives possible in prevailing winds because it's located 1/4 mile from the Paul Reef anchorage. There was a dinghy mooring buoy on it when we were there which made tying up easy. The reef is formed by two rock pinnacles covered in all sorts of colors with lots of tame fish. Local dive shoppes take their guests to this site & feed the fish so some of the groupers swim around with you with their mouths open just to let you know they're hungry. The Paul Reef anchorage doesn't have great holding but in calm conditions it was pleasant enough and certainly made diving easy. Current should not be an issue.
