Most cruising boats that come to Port Vila pick up a mooring at Yachting World where there is good protection, easy shore access via their dinghy dock, laundry service & water at the fuel dock which is included in mooring fee. In 6/2014 monohulls were 1200VT/day. The moorings have bright yellow floats and you just pick up an available one and report to the marina office. The office manager Lemara, is very friendly and helpful. The fuel dock sells diesel only but there is a gas station right near the marina within walking distance. Yachting World also has med moor dockage.
