About: I am a father of 4 and grandfather of 10 children. My wife of 53 years and I have spent 9 years sailing the Sea of Cortez. In 2017 we decided to go offshore before we became too old climb up the companionway steps and hoist the sails. We sail s/v APOLIMA, a veteran of 3 circumnavigations with the original owners. She is a stout sea kindly 46' cutter with a Perkins 4-236. We are currently, as of December 2017, in Majuro, Marshall Islands waiting out the Cyclone season south of the equator.
