 The whole passage between Alligator Island and mainland seems to be around 11m deep so this could be a place to sit a typhoon. Globe internet: none but perhaps anchoring closer to the extremities of the island would allow line of sight on the antenna northward located???; Smart mobile: intermittent (same reason).
