The Western Quarantine & Immigration Anchorage is next to Sister's Island. If you are headed to One Degree 15 Marina, it is very convenient to use this entry point. The officials monitor VHF 74 and their call sign is "Western Immigration". Before arriving in Singapore, you need to notify immigration coastal command using the guidelines for pleasure craft forms available from whichever marina you book through, Noonsite or by emailing Immigration at ICA_CREW_Administrator@ica.gov.sg. Ops Center phone: 63775882 As of 2015, there will be 2 forms to complete- one is a crew list (and another for passengers if applicable) as well as a notifcation of arrival form. These need to be signed and emailed at least 6 hours before arrival. Once in the anchorage, radio the boat and they will handle your paperwork quickly and efficiently while you hover in the area- no need to anchor. They will adeptly pass papers using a poled out hand net. Works great! Then you can proceed to marina and complete rest of check-in on your own or have marina do for you for a fee.
