Miyaura is situated in a natural harbour on the western side of Omi Shima. The berth is a very long steel floating pontoon. Charges are Y1 per ton. There is no power or water. The town has 2 large Supermarkets and there is a Buddhist Shrine (Jinja) that many Japanese tourists visit during the day. It is very peaceful in the harbour and a good place to kick back.
