Protected from all directions, little swell, few lobster pots, and fantastic holding. Few amenities in the area, but Abels has good food and in Somesville there is a private house where you can buy homemade pies (follow the signs). Somes Harbor is adorable and when we were there it was late in the season and many mooring balls were empty.
