Anchored off the main village of Tekek on sand in 15 meters. There is a small, modern marina but it is often full. Contact the harbour master (Ikram +60 13 663 6980 WhatsApp or phone) to see if there is space.
Tioman is a duty free island although the price of booze is not as cheap as on the other Malaysian duty free island of Langkawi.
