If you're in the mood for long, white sand beaches then this anchorage is a good one. With good holding in white sand, no coral and a gently sloping bottom, you can choose your depth. Good protection from S, SE but gets lumpy in East winds tending NE which are the conditions we had. There appears to be a fair amount of current in the anchorage which can keep you parallel to the wind. You can walk out to the point of the island on a quiet road. There is at least one snack shop ashore reportedly with good food.
