Naira Dive Shop & Resort is on
Bandaneira on the Zonnegat Channel (western) side of the island right
along the shore front. In 2015, the staff were happy to help us med
moor to their seawall for no charge. There are steps for easy landing
of the dinghy right at the shop and they can cater to diving needs as
well as tours, meals, happy hours, laundry and anything else you
might need. The official diving season doesn't begin until mid
August, but we were able to schedule dives despite less than optimal
visibility. The price was 150,000Rp per person, per dive and we had
our own gear. They do have gear at the shop and a compressor for
filling tanks however when we were visiting, there was a petrol
shortage and they weren't able to fill tanks so we filled our own.
This fee covered the boat, (which used diesel) fuel & divemaster.
The staff were very professional and friendly.
