A pleasant anchorage on the Banana River at ICW Mile 914 just north of the Eau Gallie Causeway bridge. Easy to approach. There is a green mark at the tip of the island, stick close to that to avoid shoaling on the opposite side of the entrance. Anchor in about 16 feet. Rumor has it there is a 48 hour limit on stays here. You can put the dinghy at Anchorage Yacht Basin for $10/day. Good luck finding any other place. Turn left out of the marina for many shopping opportunities and restaurants.
