Plumper Cover is a sheltered bay behind an Island opposite Gibsons in Howe Sound. There are a number of mooring bouys which are charged for by the Keats Island ranger, who comes out by boat around dinner time. There is a good sized dock here, which is also charged for, as well as plenty of space for anchoring.
There is occasional wake here from passing by boats, and parts can be open to some northerly or southerly winds.
Gibson makes for a nice landing nearby, with shopping restaurants and a full marina. Keats Islands offers some nice walks.
