Very protected Bay from all but a Southerly, can get busy in long weekends. follow chart carefully, as there are a couple tricky, but charted, rocks The area has some walks (including hike up Mt. Artaban 2-3 hrs return), good Kayaking, relatively close to most Vancouver Marina's. Well protected from Vancouver light pollution, well worth viewing stars in the dead of night. Somewhat exposed to ferry wakes (7am-11pm).

There is a sunken ship for diving on here.
