This anchorage is at the southern end of Santal Bay to the east of Cap Mande. Good protection in E-SW winds. This waypoint is in approx 22 feet of white sand off the sandy beach but you can go further in as well. The area around Cap Mande offers good snorkeling/diving (see separate marker). You can pull up to a white sand beach to visit the chief as is customary. There is a grocery store ashore and a quiet village.
