Run by the government department Jabatan Laut. Quite run down, but has the basics, Electricity is hit and miss. Very affordable compared to most commercial spots Was very busy but now has a few spaces free, I stayed for a few months there. Sometimes get wake from passing boats that can be quite strong, so plenty of fenders. No sea defences. Has an emergency pontoon near entrance where you can tie up before getting a berth, sometimes needed as depths can be low in marina at MLWS.
