Bat Cave Asanvari Bay

A guided 3 hour return hike to Bat Cave can be arranged through the Lavoa Cascade Sparkling Waters Bar. A wooded trail leads over rolling terrain and across a few streams via rock hopping up to a large, bat filled cave with an opening at each end. You walk through to the other side, then turn back to exit the same way you entered. The track was generally well maintained and our guide (Barry) was informative & carried coconuts for us to drink along the trail. The cost was 1,000 Vatu/person. Wear good shoes & bring a flashlight for the cave.
