This marina is run by Puertos Canarios, so very reasonably priced and is mainly used by the local fishing fleet, tour boats and dive centers that service the popular tourist area of Puerto del Carmen. However, they do have room for a few visiting yachts and it is really pleasant here! Use the online reservation system to book. You are looking for a "prestacion del servicio de atraque" (reservation for berth). You will first get an email acknowledging your request. Then during business hours, you'll get another email confirming or denying your request. We did not have any luck using VHF or phone to reach anyone when we entered but the port captain's office is at the head of the harbor beside the car rental business & fuel dock. If you have a confirmed reservation then they will be expecting you. The security guard at the little kiosk near the fuel dock office showed us to our berth. Cost for 12m sailboat was 10 Euros/night including power & water. Approach is easy and deep as long as you keep the three red marks to port when entering the inner harbor. There is a good sized, deep, turning basin at the head of the harbor. There are no bathroom facilities. Free parking. Just north of the marina on the pedestrian/bike path is a large beach and associated tourist resorts but inside the harbor is quaint.
