There are numerous opportunities for good walks when anchored at Kuto Bay depending on how far you want to go. It can be difficult to find a decent map, so we'll try to provide one on VentureFarther. If you start from Kuto Beach in front of the anchorage, here are a few:
1. Turn right and walk past the ferry wharf on the road, and continue as the road narrows into a trail that runs along the water. The path gets better as you go and continues all the way around the peninsula. Be watchful for the black & white sea snakes since they sleep in the rocky limestone crevices. On the windward side, the pine foliage is beautiful. This walk takes about 30-45min.
2. If you turn left at Kuto beach and walk the beach past the resort and around the crescent, a "coastal trail" begins at the end of the beach (you can see this trail on a google map) and traverses the headland to the next beach. If you follow that beach to the end, there is another short path that heads into the woods and intersects with a wooded road that if you turn right, leads back to the main island road where the two grocery stores are. Turn right at the main road to head back to the anchorage.
3. It's easy to find the trailhead for Pic N'ga, the mountain you see from the anchorage. Most any map has it marked and there's also a road sign and crosswalk at the trailhead. At the top, you can come back the way you came or head down another trail that follows the spine of those mountains. The trail starts at the very top (not where the cross is located) and heads steeply down & to the north. You can see it running along the spine when looking from the top. It comes out at the prison ruins across from the larger of the 2 grocery stores on the main paved road. It is relatively easy to follow (and keep your bearings) & offers great views.

The beach at Kunamera Bay- just across the isthmus from Kuto Bay.
