A protected bay adjacent to America Bay with plenty of room to anchor in 14 feet of good mud despite numerous public & private moorings. Pink colored beehive shaped moorings are free to guests for 24hrs at a time for 14 meter max length boats. A pretty waterfall dribbles into the harbor with a golden sand beach for easy landing. A very rough trail leads straight up to the top of the falls. You can easily dinghy around (or pick up a mooring) to America Bay which is just as pretty and has another small waterfall and a more formed trail leading up to Aboriginal engravings & West Head Road. This road leads out toward the peninsula point and offers more lengthy hiking options. The only challenge in America Bay is securing the dinghy if you plan to be ashore for a while since the head of the bay empties out at low water.
