Extremely limited anchorage - only one boat. Approach at low water or be extremely prudent of depth readings. Mostly unprotected except from Northerlies, open to shipping wake from Haro Strait.
Extremely scenic, exceptional kayaking at high tide into the attached lagoon. Shore access is prohibited - the entirety of the surrounding island is Songhees territory, and is patrolled by RCMP and Songhees police. This includes the foreshore.
