Bottom Type Sand

After trying to anchor at Dragonera Island and finding no place to comfortably leave the boat, we pulled in to the village of San Elm right across from it on the mainland. It is a pleasant spot, protected from the N-SE and also Isla Pantaleu provides a lee. We visited in settled conditions. There is a lot of sand with great holding leading up to a sandy beach with swimmer's buoys and a place outside of them to put the dinghy. Small tourist town ashore with plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. Bus service and hiking trails . Ferry to Dragonera Island or take your dinghy if you have a good outboard.
