This seems to be a popular anchorage spot in the vicinity of Port Moselle Marina and we used it to wait for a berth assignment. Port Moselle does have a dinghy dock so you can get ashore. The holding seemed reasonable in approx 30 feet. While it is in the harbor, it is still fairly exposed to fetch, especially from the south/southeast. But it did serve it's purpose and the area isn't filled with moorings like Baie de l'Orphelinat.
