Bottom Type Sand

Puerto de San Antonio is probably the most protected harbor on Ibiza Island. Approach is clear & easy, there is a red light off the end of the breakwater and green marks to starboard that help delineate where ferries & commercial vessels maneuver. Anchorage is to the E & SE of the green marks. Stay outside of the yellow buoys that line the shore for the swimming area. There are moorings in the bay but there is still ample room to anchor in patches of sand & grass. Club Nautico & Ports IB have marinas with transient berths. Big, curved beach with pedestrian walkway, many restaurants & shops, nightclubs, bus station close by with inexpensive, frequent buses to Eivissa (walled city) on opposite side of island (40 minutes). Big Mercadona supermarket. Tourist office on waterfront.
