This is a nice little island that is practically connected to Formentera by a shallow, rocky, sandbar barely passable by dinghy. It has some private houses on it but the rest is park with signs indicating what you can & cannot do. You can walk around the whole island and there is a salt water lagoon in the middle of it along with an old defensive tower typical of Ibiza. The anchorage is large, there are a few park moorings that can be reserved in summer months (see info on mooring buoy). You can also anchor, trying to avoid fragile grass beds. Because this area is a park, there may be changes with regard to whether anchoring is allowed but for the time we were here, it was OK. Good protection from the N-SE
