The Emerald Cave is a beautiful, popular attraction at Koh Muk and a highlight of the area. An opening in the rock face on the western  side of the island has a 70-80 meter cave that you swim through (don't forget your waterproof torch!) and then it opens up onto a sandy beach, surrounded by a circle of beautiful limestone cliffs and if the tide is not too low, an emerald colored lagoon. You can also take un-powered boats such as kayaks through the cave but no engines because bats make this cave their home and the fumes would hurt them. There are a few park moorings right outside the cave entrance as well as a few others nearby, all in really lovely surroundings. Be ready to pay a park fee.
