Ao Po Grand Marina is a popular mega-yacht marina in Phuket but can often accommodate smaller yachts as well. Protected by a breakwater, it is accessible at all tides. The docks are good and marina staff are very helpful at providing assistance when tying up in an inflatable dinghy that they can use to push your bow or stern if necessary. This can be handy on a windy day. There is a fuel dock, a beautiful pool, well equipped gym, restaurant, marine store on site and two others within easy walking distance. Taxi service available as well as motorbike hire in the village just outside the marina. There are also other small stores with very basic provisions including a 7/11 that has both an ATM and phone recharge. There is a charter boat facility here.
