If anchored out, it can be a little difficult finding a safe place to put the dinghy especially if you'll be ashore for a few hours given the 3 meter tides. This is a floating town dock, or at least appears so with no signs saying not to tie up and various small boats moored there. It is between two bridges on the port side, on the walking promenade.
