This small fishing town is right across from Portimao on the Rio Arade. The main attraction is having a meal at one of the many restaurants serving (among other things) grilled sardines. The old church at the top of the hill offers pretty views and the small streets are interesting to stroll on. Easily reachable from the larger anchorage near the breakwater, you could also use the anchorage here which is right off the town. All services are found on the Portimao side of the river.
