This cove is right around the corner from Anse Mitan. It has a vacation feel to it and the anchorage doesn't feel quite as protected but it is also less crowded. A ferry runs back and forth all day between Fort de France and Anse Mitan so you will have that wake. We didn't anchor here but walked over from Anse Mitan. There is a small reef in the anchorage to keep an eye out for. Large pier that welcomes dinghies in the shallow end. Ashore the beachfront is lined with sea grapes and a sandy walkway with small restaurants lining the whole thing. There is a dive shop, a grocery store and a gas station on the main road just off the beach. The trail that leads back toward Anse Mitan is not well marked.
