Sebayor Kecil is a popular scuba site even though it is technically just outside the park. Phinisi boats and day boats use this site as part of their repertoire. In 2015, there was only one mooring. The current runs hard on either side of the island however this dive site is virtually current free. Descending right from the mooring, there are pretty coral formations on a gentle slope, plenty of fish and easy conditions for a relaxing dive. The vis was good and this is not a deep dive.
