This is a named scuba dive spot as well as a good snorkeling area. When we were here in 2015, there was only one mooring. During the SE monsoon, this would be fine for overnight if it is available. These are in heavy use during the day with dive boats and the Phinisi liveaboards are around in the evening but they are fine anchoring off as well. While the current flows strongly on either side of Sebayor Kecil, the area where the mooring is has virtually no current. There are pretty white sand beaches and scenery. There are also a couple of moorings in the bay at Sebayor Besar, which is just a short dinghy ride away.
